Bible Text: Ephesians 1.13-14 | Paul has been discussing the major themes necessary for salvation, namely election by the Father (v.4), redemption by the Son (v.7), and in verses 13-14 he speaks of being sealed by the Spirit. But in between is the necessity for a sinner to hear the gospel and believe in Christ. In this message, Elder explains that no matter how vital the Trinitarian work behind the saving of a soul, only hearing the gospel and believing in Christ saves and justifies a sinner.
